Full job description

Develop product-wise marketing strategies and promotional plans for pharmaceutical brands.
Prepare visual aids, leave-behind literature, product monographs, reminder cards, presentations and digital promotional content.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis and pricing comparisons.
Train the field-sales team on product composition, indications, clinical benefits, USPs and objection handling.
Work closely with the sales team to understand market feedback and improve product positioning.
Coordinate with doctors and Key Opinion Leaders for product feedback and scientific inputs.
Support monthly sales analysis, product forecasting and inventory planning.
Coordinate with design agencies, printers, manufacturers and internal departments for timely execution of marketing activities.
Review the performance of existing products and recommend corrective promotional strategies. Candidate requirements
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or a related discipline.
MBA or PGDM in Marketing is preferred.
0-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical product management or pharmaceutical marketing.
Understanding of pharmaceutical products, medical terminology and doctor-oriented promotion.
Candidates currently working as Product Executive, Product Management Executive, Assistant Product Executive or Pharma Marketing Executive will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
