With a strong focus on quality, competitive pricing, reliable supply, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction, we are expanding our sales team and looking for experienced, target-oriented professionals who can generate new business and develop long-term B2B customer relationships.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Telesales Executive to generate new business opportunities, engage with B2B customers, qualify enquiries, convert leads into sales, and manage customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should be confident in outbound calling, lead generation, requirement understanding, objection handling, negotiation, follow-ups, and sales closing. Candidates with experience selling steel, industrial products, construction materials, or other B2B products will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. B2B Sales & Business Development

Generate qualified B2B leads through outbound calls, CRM databases, digital enquiries, referrals, and other lead sources.
Handle inbound enquiries and identify genuine sales opportunities.
Contact potential customers across construction, infrastructure, EPC, engineering, fabrication, manufacturing, and industrial sectors.
Understand customer requirements including product, specification, quantity, application, location, and delivery requirements.
Introduce suitable steel products based on customer requirements.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Convert qualified enquiries into confirmed orders.
Achieve daily calling, lead generation, conversion, and monthly sales targets.
Identify new customers and develop long-term business opportunities.
Generate repeat business and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

2. Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing B2B customers.
Maintain regular communication with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or coordinate with the concerned department.
Handle customer objections professionally and work towards successful conversion.
Identify current and future customer requirements to generate repeat business.
Maintain professional relationships with purchase managers, procurement teams, contractors, dealers, fabricators, manufacturers, and business owners.

3. Sales Coordination & Order Management

Coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Dispatch, and Operations teams for smooth order execution.
Prepare accurate quotations and sales-related documents.
Coordinate internally regarding product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and customer requirements.
Ensure customer requirements are communicated correctly to the concerned departments.
Track confirmed orders and coordinate internally until successful completion.
Support payment and outstanding collection coordination wherever required.

4. CRM & Sales Reporting

Maintain accurate customer, lead, enquiry, quotation, and order information in CRM software.
Update lead status and follow-up activities regularly.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline.
Prepare daily call reports, weekly sales reports, and monthly performance reports.
Track enquiries, conversions, pending opportunities, and order status.
Record customer feedback, objections, competitor information, and market insights.
Ensure all customer and sales information is accurate and updated on time.

Eligibility CriteriaEducational Qualification

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Sales/Marketing background will be an added advantage.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in Telesales, Inside Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or a similar role.
Experience in steel, metals, construction materials, industrial products, engineering, manufacturing, or building materials will be strongly preferred.
Candidates with proven B2B sales performance and customer-handling experience will be preferred.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali.
Strong sales, negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
Ability to identify genuine business opportunities and convert leads.
Strong follow-up and sales-closing abilities.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Confident and professional telephone communication.
Good understanding of B2B sales processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under sales targets and pressure.
Good interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and result-oriented.

Preferred Skills

Experience using Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
Knowledge of steel products such as MS Plates, Beams, Channels, Angles, Pipes, TMT Bars, Sheets, and Structural Steel.
Understanding of B2B procurement and buying processes.
Experience dealing with Purchase Managers, Procurement Heads, Contractors, Fabricators, Manufacturers, EPC Companies, Dealers, and Industrial Buyers.
Experience handling high-volume outbound calling.
Basic understanding of steel pricing, quotations, margins, and sales orders.

Monthly sales achievement.
Number of qualified leads generated.
Lead-to-order conversion rate.
Number of new customers acquired.
Repeat business generated.
Daily outbound calling and customer-contact activity.
Sales pipeline value.
Follow-up effectiveness.
