About the Role

We are looking for a Documentation & Compliance Executive who has strong practical experience in managing day-to-day documentation processes, including Inward/Outward documentation, GST-related documentation, taxation records, invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans and other commercial documents.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented and capable of independently managing routine documentation activities while coordinating with internal departments, vendors and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain day-to-day Inward and Outward documentation.
Prepare, verify and maintain inward/outward registers and supporting documents.
Handle documentation related to purchase, sales, material receipt and dispatch.
Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, debit/credit notes and other commercial documents.
Maintain proper physical and digital records of all documents.
Ensure documents are complete, accurate and properly filed for future reference.
Handle GST-related documentation and coordinate with the Accounts/Finance team for compliance requirements.
Maintain and organize taxation-related documents and records.
Verify documents received from vendors, customers and other parties.
Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Accounts, Dispatch and Operations teams for documentation requirements.
Track pending documents and ensure timely completion and submission.
Maintain documentation for audits, inspections and internal requirements.
Prepare daily/weekly documentation reports whenever required.
Ensure proper document numbering, filing, scanning and record maintenance.
Support the Accounts/Finance team with required documentation and information.
Perform any other documentation and administrative activities assigned by management.

Required Skills & Experience

2–5 years of hands-on experience in documentation-related work.
Practical knowledge of Inward/Outward processes is mandatory.
Working knowledge of GST and taxation-related documentation.
Experience handling invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, purchase/sales documents and registers.
Strong documentation, filing and record-management skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Good typing speed with high accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify documentation errors.
Good coordination and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple documentation activities and meet deadlines.
Practical hands-on experience is preferred over purely theoretical knowledge.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates who have previously worked in manufacturing, trading, logistics, defence/aerospace, engineering or other documentation-intensive organizations will be preferred.

Important: The candidate should have actually handled daily documentation processes independently and should be comfortable working with physical as well as digital records.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
