Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Institutional Sales Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing institutional relationships throughout Hyderabad and surrounding regions.

Your responsibilities include:

Visiting schools, colleges, universities and educational institutions every day.
Meeting Principals, Managements, Trustees, Secretaries and institutional decision-makers.
Conducting product presentations and demonstrations.
Generating new institutional leads.
Building long-term relationships with educational institutions.
Converting leads into subscriptions, institutional partnerships and deployments.
Managing the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
Coordinating proposals, quotations and follow-ups.
Maintaining accurate CRM records.
Collecting customer feedback.
Preparing market intelligence reports.
Supporting exhibitions, conferences and educational events.
Coordinating with headquarters throughout the sales process.
Office & Field Expectations

This is primarily a field sales role.

However, when there are no scheduled client meetings or institutional visits, you will be expected to report to our Lakdikapul, Hyderabad Headquarters.

During office hours, responsibilities may include:

Lead generation
Cold outreach
Proposal preparation
CRM updates
Sales planning
Market research
Customer follow-ups
Email campaigns
Social media support
Digital marketing coordination
Institutional database development
Sales documentation

This is a full-time professional position—not a work-from-home role.

Travel Requirements

This role requires regular travel.

Occasional Travel

7. Other cities as required

Travel is an essential part of this position and should not be viewed as optional.

9. Reporting & Accountability

Sales success depends on consistency and accountability.

You will therefore be required to maintain:

Daily activity reports
Daily visit logs
Weekly sales reports
Lead tracking
CRM updates
Customer meeting summaries
Follow-up schedules
Pipeline reports
Monthly sales reviews

Institutional visits should be documented through the Company's approved reporting process. These reporting expectations are consistent with the Company's employment framework and sales governance requirements.

Can communicate confidently with CXOs, Trustees, Principals and senior administrators.
Have strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Are self-motivated, resilient and capable of handling rejection with professionalism.
Demonstrate high levels of integrity, accountability and ownership.
Are organised and comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and CRM software.
Own or have reliable access to a personal vehicle for daily field visits (preferred), along with a valid driving licence.
