About KlarusTech:

KlarusTech is a full-spectrum marketing agency based in Kolkata, working across strategy, branding, digital marketing, production, and campaign execution. The agency works with brands across diverse industries to develop brand stories, digital strategies, social media campaigns, creative communication, and integrated marketing initiatives.

Our teams work collaboratively across Brand Management, Content, Design, Video, Digital Marketing, and Production to manage multiple client accounts and execute campaigns from strategy to delivery. About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager who can take ownership of assigned client accounts, understand their business and brand objectives, develop effective marketing strategies, and lead the internal team towards successful execution.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in brand management, client servicing, digital marketing, social media, campaign planning, and team coordination. This role requires someone who can think strategically while also maintaining strong control over day-to-day execution.

The Senior Brand Manager will serve as a key point of contact between the client and KlarusTech and will be responsible for ensuring that brand objectives, campaign requirements, timelines, and deliverables are managed effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy & Account Management

* Take end-to-end ownership of assigned client brands and their marketing requirements.
* Develop a strong understanding of each client's business, target audience, positioning, competitors, and communication objectives.
* Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies aligned with client business goals.
* Identify opportunities for brand growth, engagement, visibility, and market positioning.
* Maintain consistency in brand communication, positioning, tone, and overall identity across platforms.
* Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, competitor activities, and emerging marketing opportunities.

Client Servicing & Relationship Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
* Understand client briefs, business requirements, expectations, and feedback and communicate them effectively to internal teams.
* Conduct and participate in client meetings, presentations, reviews, and strategy discussions.
* Manage client expectations while ensuring that deliverables remain aligned with agreed scope, timelines, and objectives.
* Address client concerns proactively and coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve issues.
* Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and support account retention and growth.

Campaign & Content Strategy

* Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing and social media campaigns.
* Work closely with Content Strategists, Graphic Designers, Video Editors, Digital Marketing Specialists, and Production teams to develop campaign concepts and executions.
* Review content calendars, campaign ideas, creative concepts, scripts, designs, videos, and other deliverables before client presentation or publishing.
* Ensure that all creative outputs are strategically aligned with the brand's objectives and communication guidelines.
* Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign and brand communication ideas.
* Coordinate with the production team for photoshoots, video shoots, influencer campaigns, brand activations, and other on-ground requirements whenever necessary. Team Coordination & Project Management

* Allocate and coordinate tasks among relevant internal teams based on project requirements and timelines.
* Ensure that deliverables are completed within agreed deadlines and maintain visibility over project progress.
* Follow up with team members and identify potential delays or execution challenges at an early stage.
* Ensure effective communication between clients and internal teams to minimise misunderstandings and workflow disruptions.
* Provide constructive feedback to team members to improve the quality and effectiveness of deliverables.
* Escalate critical project, client, or delivery issues to management wherever required.

Performance & Reporting

* Track the performance of campaigns and social media initiatives using relevant metrics and insights.
* Review campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
* Prepare or coordinate client reports, presentations, campaign reviews, and performance summaries.
* Use data, audience insights, and campaign performance to recommend strategic improvements.
* Maintain proper documentation of client requirements, approvals, timelines, and ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Competencies

* Strong understanding of brand management and digital marketing.

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and digital campaigns.
* Ability to develop strategic marketing and campaign concepts.
* Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

* Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
* Ability to work effectively with creative and digital teams.
* Strong attention to detail and accountability for deliverables.
* Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
* Strong understanding of current digital marketing, social media, and branding trends.

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
* 4–5 years of relevant experience in brand management, account management, client servicing, digital marketing, advertising, or a related agency environment.
* Prior experience working with multiple brands or client accounts will be strongly preferred.
* Candidates with experience handling integrated digital marketing campaigns will have an added advantage.
