Company Overview

We serve clients across E-commerce, Retail, EdTech, SaaS, and other emerging verticals, offering services such as branding, paid media, performance marketing, content, and automation. Our approach connects storytelling with sales and strategy with scalability.

Job Role:

● Research and analyze competitors, marketing approach, ranking, keywords, etc. Perform keyword research (discovery and expansion) in coordination with client business objectives to optimise existing content and uncover new opportunities.

● Understand the client's goals. Maintain and build relationships with key client staff to maintain an optimal retention rate and client satisfaction.

● Manage bids throughout the entire campaign for clients, monitor and update daily budgets

● Product optimisation includes organic search terms, paid search terms and other promotional campaigns (i.e. coupons)

● Ability to conduct keyword research and selection for PPC campaigns to maximise budget

● Monitor and manage inventory levels in all applicable Amazon marketplaces. Help with inventory forecasting for a large product catalogue

● Optimise product detail pages including titles, bullets, descriptions, images, and rich (A+) content for higher conversion and better search rank.

● Daily monitoring and analysis of all advertising campaigns. Analysing revenue, campaign performance, ACoS, daily ad spend, etc

● Manage campaign expenses, stay on budget, and estimate monthly costs

● Monitoring and reporting the performance of new and existing products.

● Keep track of all details on project status and next steps. Be able to report that information when requested.

● Monitor Amazon account health and metrics; proactively alert the team for issues and resolve as appropriate.

● Contact Amazon support whenever issues arise and consistently follow up with them.

● Analyse data within Amazon and present findings and recommendations for areas of growth in terms of product catalogue and strategy.

● Analyse current sales data and conversion rates and optimise product progressions

● Constant Learning of what is working on Amazon, keeping up with the new trends, the competitive landscape, and new features

Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Proficient in written and spoken English

● Basic working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, filters, basic pivots)

● Basic proficiency in MS Outlook for professional communication

● Ability to create clear and structured PowerPoint presentations

● Comfortable working with data, reports, and performance metrics

● Should have their own laptop.

● Strong math and analytical skills

● Graduate with good academic skills.

Post-Training (Upon Successful Completion of 6 Months)

● Designation upgraded to: Digital Marketing Analyst

● Total CTC: ₹4 LPA

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
