Executive Coordinator – Managing Director's Office

Location: Mohali, Punjab

About Enorme Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd.

Enorme Life Sciences Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing nutraceutical manufacturing company specializing in third-party manufacturing, private labeling, and custom formulations.

We are looking for a smart, confident, organized, and proactive professional to work directly with the Managing Director. This role combines Executive Coordination, Internal Communication, Administration, and Guest Relations.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with all departments on behalf of the Managing Director.
Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
Prepare reports, presentations, trackers, business documents, and meeting notes.
Coordinate meetings and support the Managing Director in day-to-day operations.
Conduct research and assist with special business projects.
Welcome clients, distributors, vendors, auditors, consultants, interview candidates, and business associates.
Conduct professional plant visits and confidently present the company's manufacturing capabilities, infrastructure, and quality systems.
Coordinate visitor meetings, hospitality, and overall guest experience.
Handle front office operations, incoming calls, couriers, and administrative activities.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
2–5 years of relevant experience.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Punjabi preferred).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory).
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, and Gemini.
Excellent organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.

Represents the company with confidence, integrity, and a hospitality mindset.
Willing to work with reasonable flexibility in working hours whenever required for important client visits, audits, business meetings, or company events.

Preferred Candidate

Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
Immediate joiners only.
Candidates residing in Mohali, Chandigarh, Zirakpur, Panchkula, Kharar, or nearby areas will be preferred.

Selection Process

The recruitment process consists of 3 rounds:

Round 1: Telephonic Screening
Round 2: Written Assessment (Only shortlisted candidates from Round 1 will be invited.)
Round 3: Face-to-Face Interview (Only candidates who successfully clear the Written Assessment will be invited.)
