Key Responsibilities

Manage the assigned kitchen section and ensure smooth daily operations.
Prepare and supervise the production of high-quality food as per hotel standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
Train, guide, and supervise Commis Chefs and DCDPs.
Monitor inventory, food cost, and minimize wastage.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and food safety regulations.
Assist the Sous Chef and Executive Chef in menu planning and recipe development.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or relevant field.
3–5 years of experience as a CDP or Senior DCDP in a luxury 5 star hotel.
Strong expertise in the assigned cuisine (Continental, Indian, Asian, Bakery, Garde Manger, etc.).
Leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and kitchen SOPs.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: Up to ₹900,000.00 per year
