The Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager – Client Servicing to lead servicing outcomes for our enterprise accounts and manage a team of client servicing professionals.

This role sits at the heart of customer retention and account growth. You will translate service strategy into execution — ensuring clients receive consistent value, teams operate with discipline, and relationships mature into long-term partnerships.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership across Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Technology to ensure enterprise customers remain healthy, engaged, and expanding.

What You'll Do

Own end-to-end servicing, relationship management, and delivery outcomes for assigned enterprise accounts
Act as a strategic partner to client stakeholders by understanding their workflows, KPIs, and operational challenges
Drive structured account governance through regular reviews, service reporting, and alignment meetings
Ensure Roadcast’s platform and services consistently deliver value aligned to client business objectives
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Client Servicing Executives / Managers
Define clear service standards, goals, and performance expectations
Monitor workload distribution, response times, and resolution quality
Coach team members on stakeholder management, escalation handling, and structured problem-solving
Serve as the first leadership escalation point for complex or high-impact client issues
Define, monitor, and enforce SLAs, turnaround times, and service KPIs
Ensure escalation frameworks are followed effectively, both internally and with clients
Partner with Tech, Product, Operations, and Support teams to drive timely issue resolution
Proactively identify service risks and implement corrective actions
Track customer health metrics, usage trends, and satisfaction indicators
Identify early warning signs of churn or dissatisfaction and drive mitigation plans
Work closely with Sales and CS leadership on renewals, contract continuity, and account stability
Support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives within existing enterprise accounts
Own and continuously improve servicing processes, workflows, and documentation
Ensure strong CRM discipline, reporting accuracy, and data visibility
Standardize onboarding, servicing, reviews, and escalation processes
Share insights and operational feedback with leadership to improve scalability and efficiency
Act as the bridge between enterprise clients and internal teams — Product, Tech, Operations, and Support
Provide structured, data-backed customer feedback to influence product roadmap and improvements
Ensure internal alignment on client priorities, commitments, and delivery timelines
6–8 years of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations
2–3 years of people leadership experience in a client-facing role
Strong exposure to enterprise clients, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or tech-enabled platforms
Proven experience handling SLAs, escalations, and complex stakeholders
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and service metrics
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution

What We're Looking For

6–8 years of experience in Client Servicing, Customer Success, Account Management, or Operations
Minimum 2–3 years of experience managing or leading client-facing teams
Strong exposure to enterprise client environments, preferably in SaaS, logistics, or tech-enabled platforms
Proven experience in SLA management, escalations, and complex stakeholder handling
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Hands-on experience with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and service metrics
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
