Position Overview

We are looking for a highly visionary, analytical, and execution-oriented Strategy Head who can lead end-to-end strategic planning and business transformation across all brands under Touchwood World.

The role requires someone who can think at:

The ideal candidate should be capable of designing and implementing multiple layers of strategies that drive sustainable growth, profitability, innovation, and long-term competitive advantage.

Core Strategic Responsibilities1. Corporate Strategy

Develop long-term organizational vision and growth roadmap.
Define business priorities, expansion opportunities, and diversification plans.
Support leadership in strategic decision-making.
Create annual and quarterly strategic plans.

2. Business Strategy

Build scalable growth models for each business vertical.
Identify new revenue streams and business opportunities.
Improve profitability and operational efficiency.
Develop market penetration and expansion strategies.

3. Brand Strategy

Develop strong brand positioning frameworks.
Define:
Brand purpose
Brand personality
Brand communication
Competitive differentiation
Ensure consistent brand perception across all touchpoints.

4. Marketing Strategy

Develop:
Digital marketing strategies
Lead generation strategies
Performance marketing strategies
Funnel optimization strategies

Work closely with creative and performance marketing teams.

5. Sales Strategy

Build conversion-focused sales frameworks.
Improve lead nurturing and customer journey.
Develop:

6. Customer Experience Strategy

Design memorable and emotionally appealing customer journeys.
