Urgent Hiring for an IT Project Manager

Company: Rebin Infotech
Job Type: Full-time | In-person
Experience: 0–4 Years
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Location: Kolkata

About the Role

Rebin Infotech is looking for a proactive and organised IT Project Manager to manage web and mobile development projects from requirement gathering to final delivery.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between clients, developers, designers, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, proper task allocation, timely execution, and successful project delivery.

This role requires a good understanding of web and mobile development processes, strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and the willingness to learn and understand different business requirements.

This is NOT a Sales role.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate web and mobile development projects from initiation to completion.
Understand and gather project requirements from clients and convert them into clear, actionable tasks.
Coordinate with developers, designers, and other internal teams for smooth project execution.
Assign tasks to appropriate team members and monitor their progress.
Track project timelines, priorities, dependencies, and deliverables.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to the required quality standards.
Communicate regularly with clients regarding project updates, requirements, feedback, and delivery timelines.
Respond to client queries promptly and coordinate with the relevant team to resolve issues.
Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and dependencies and escalate them when required.
Conduct regular follow-ups with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
Maintain proper project documentation, including requirements, task details, updates, issues, feedback, and client communications.
Coordinate testing, bug resolution, revisions, and final project delivery.
Maintain a clear record of customer feedback, complaints, compliments, and improvement areas.
Ensure effective communication between clients and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Continuously improve project coordination and client delivery processes.
Be willing to learn new technologies, industries, business models, and project management practices.

Basic understanding of web and mobile application development processes.
Understanding of common web technologies and development workflows.
Good project coordination and task management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Good client-handling and interpersonal skills.
Need to be AI-friendly.
Strong follow-up and organisational abilities.
Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and manage deadlines.
Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and communicate them effectively to developers.
Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.

Who Can Apply?

Candidates with 0–4 years of experience in IT project coordination/project management.
Freshers with relevant academic projects, internships, or strong knowledge of web/mobile development processes are also welcome.
Candidates with prior experience working with developers, clients, or technical teams will be preferred.
