Role Overview

As a Brand Acquisition Intern, you will play a key role in identifying and onboarding new brand partners, generating qualified brand leads, conducting market and category research, and supporting the brand pipeline. You will work closely with the business development and marketing teams to connect with brand founders and marketing decision-makers, maintain CRM records, and contribute to the agency's brand portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential brand partners across the fashion, beauty, skincare, lifestyle, luxury, and D2C sectors.

Generate qualified brand leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and online research.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging and high-potential brands.

Assist in preparing personalized outreach messages, pitch decks, and partnership proposals for prospective brands.

Schedule meetings and coordinate follow-ups with prospective brand founders and marketing teams.

Maintain and update CRM records, brand acquisition pipelines, and lead databases.

Support the team in preparing brand acquisition reports and performance trackers.

Collaborate with internal marketing teams to align brand outreach strategies with agency offerings.

Stay updated on industry trends, emerging brands, and category-level market opportunities.

Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interest in brand partnerships, business development, client acquisition, and digital marketing.

Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), and Microsoft Office.

Strong research and analytical skills.

Ability to build professional relationships and communicate confidently with brand stakeholders.

Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

Understanding of B2B partnerships and brand acquisition techniques.

Basic knowledge of CRM tools and pipeline management.

Pitch deck and proposal writing skills.

Negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
