NIGHT SHIFT – Enterprise SDR / Appointment Setter – U.S. | SAP, ERP, AI & IT Services
About the Role
We are hiring a high-performing Enterprise SDR / Appointment Setter to work with our U.S. and Canadian sales organization.
This is a NIGHT SHIFT role based in India, aligned with North American business hours.
You will work with qualified and pre-researched enterprise prospects and engage senior decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, VPs, Directors, Procurement Leaders, Operations Leaders, and Digital Transformation teams.
This is not a generic telecalling or call-center position.
We are looking for someone who can confidently engage senior executives, understand enterprise technology conversations, handle objections professionally, and convert qualified prospects into meaningful sales meetings.

SAP experience is preferred but not mandatory. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to businesses across the United States and Canada.
- Reach CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, VPs, Directors, Procurement Leaders, and other senior decision-makers.
- Convert qualified prospects into discovery meetings for senior sales and consulting leaders.
- Conduct professional follow-up through phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Work systematically through assigned enterprise accounts.
- Identify additional stakeholders within target organizations.
- Recognize genuine business opportunities involving ERP, SAP, AI, cloud, managed services, or digital transformation.
- Identify active or upcoming RFIs, RFPs, vendor evaluations, and sourcing initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records in SuiteCRM.
- Ensure every active prospect has a clear next action and follow-up date.
- Escalate high-value opportunities immediately.
- Follow structured multi-touch outreach sequences.
- Participate in regular pipeline and performance reviews.
Who We Want

This position is not suitable for candidates whose experience is limited to:
- Domestic telecalling
- B2C calling only
- Script-reading call-center roles
- Data entry
- Customer service without sales experience
We need someone capable of having a professional business conversation with senior North American executives.
Performance Metrics
We measure quality, not meaningless call volume.
Performance will be evaluated on:
- Decision-makers reached
- Meaningful conversations generated
- Qualified meetings scheduled
- Qualified meetings actually held
- Sales-qualified opportunities created
- RFI/RFP opportunities identified
- Pipeline generated
- CRM accuracy
- Follow-up completion
- Conversion from prospect to opportunity
Simply placing an unqualified meeting on a calendar does not count as success.
Working Schedule
NIGHT SHIFT – North America Business Hours
Candidates must be comfortable working consistently during U.S. and Canadian business hours.
This will be approximately:
5 hours per day (Night Shift – India time)
Typical working window:
6:30 PM – 11:30 PM IST
with flexibility depending on U.S./Canada territories, daylight savings, and campaign requirements.

Compensation
Competitive fixed monthly compensation plus performance incentives.
Indicative structure:
Base Compensation: ₹20,000–₹35,000 per month for part-time work, depending on experience and demonstrated ability.
Additional incentives may be paid for:
- Qualified meetings actually held
- Sales-qualified opportunities
- Genuine RFI/RFP opportunities
- Pipeline generated
- Closed business
Exceptional candidates with proven U.S. enterprise technology appointment-setting experience may be considered at a higher compensation level.

The successful candidate will not simply make hundreds of calls.
