Location: Remote (Work from Home) – India
Preferred Location: Kerala, India

Working Hours: Monday to Friday – Australian Eastern Time (AEST/AEDT)
Additional Commitment: Saturday (3 hours – Marketing & Website Updates)

We focus on delivering reliable, proactive, and secure IT services while maintaining a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and long-term client relationships.

As our business expands, we are seeking a skilled IT Support & Cloud Engineer to join our remote team. This role is open to candidates across India, with preference given to candidates based in Kerala.

About the Role

This is a fully remote, work-from-home Independent Contractor position.

You will be responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to Australian business clients while also contributing to internal company growth activities such as marketing and website updates on a part-time weekly basis.

You will work in a fast-paced MSP environment supporting multiple clients across different industries, requiring strong technical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage priorities effectively.

Key ResponsibilitiesIT Support & Technical Responsibilities

Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote IT support to Australian clients.
Manage and resolve support tickets via the PSA/ticketing system.
Troubleshoot Windows and Apple devices, software, and hardware issues.
Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
Administer Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
Support Google Workspace environments.
Assist with Microsoft Azure and AWS cloud services.
Manage devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
Configure and troubleshoot networking equipment (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, Wi-Fi).
Perform user onboarding and offboarding.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and security groups.
Deploy applications and enforce security policies.
Monitor systems using RMM tools and respond to alerts.
Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates.
Escalate complex issues when required.
Follow SLAs, security policies, and company procedures.

Marketing & Website Responsibilities (3 Hours Weekly – Saturday)

Assist with company website updates and content improvements.
Upload and manage website content as required.
Support basic SEO updates and content structuring.
Assist in preparing marketing materials and online content.
Update service descriptions, blogs, or announcements.
Support digital presence improvements for Tech Hub Australia.

Microsoft certifications (MS-900, AZ-900, MD-102 or equivalent).
AWS Cloud Practitioner certification.
Google Workspace certification.
Cisco CCNA or equivalent networking certification.
ITIL Foundation (preferred).

Experience

Minimum 2 years of IT Support experience.
Experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment is highly preferred.
Experience supporting international clients (Australia, UK, US) is an advantage.
Experience managing multiple client environments.
Experience with cloud and endpoint management tools.

Work Environment Requirements

Fully remote Work From Home role.
Open to candidates across India, with preference for Kerala-based applicants.
Dedicated and quiet home office space.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Backup internet connection (preferred).
Windows or Mac computer capable of remote support work.
Dual monitors (preferred).

Working Hours

Monday to Friday: Australian Eastern Time (AEST/AEDT)
Saturday: 3 hours dedicated to marketing and website updates
Occasional after-hours support for critical incidents or maintenance

Independent Contractor Terms

This is a full-time Independent Contractor engagement.
Work is performed remotely from India.
Contractor is responsible for taxes and statutory obligations.
Contractor must provide and maintain their own equipment and internet.
Contractor must maintain a professional home office setup.
