Telecalling Executive – Job DescriptionJob Summary

We are looking for a motivated and professional Telecalling Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining company products or services, and generating qualified leads.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build a good relationship with customers over the phone. Freshers who are willing to learn and build a career in sales and customer communication are also welcome.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using provided leads or databases.
Introduce the company, products, services, or offers to customers in a clear and professional manner.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
Identify interested prospects and generate quality leads.
Follow up with potential customers through calls and other approved communication channels.
Maintain regular communication with customers and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle customer questions, objections, and basic concerns professionally.
Explain product/service features, benefits, pricing, and other relevant information accurately.
Maintain proper records of calls, customer interactions, leads, and follow-up status.
Update customer information and lead status in the company's CRM, Excel sheet, or designated system.
Coordinate with the sales or relevant internal team for further processing of qualified leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and performance targets.
Maintain professional communication and a positive attitude during every customer interaction.
Follow company policies, calling guidelines, and quality standards.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager regarding lead status and performance.
Work towards improving conversion rates and overall customer engagement.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Any Degree.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic English and Tamil communication skills.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to maintain customer records and follow-up details.
Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, BPO, or sales will be an advantage.
