About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Support Executive to support the day-to-day operations of our growing e-commerce business. The candidate will be responsible for order processing, marketplace operations, inventory coordination, returns & cancellations, product listings, MIS reporting, and coordination with logistics, warehouse, customer service, and internal teams. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Shopify and other marketplaces, and should have strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Order & E-commerce Operations-

 Monitor and process daily orders across marketplaces and D2C website.

 Ensure orders are processed, packed and dispatched within defined timelines.

 Track order status, delayed orders, cancellations and failed deliveries.

 Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners for smooth order fulfilment.

 Monitor shipment tracking and resolve operational issues.

2. Marketplace Management-

 Manage day-to-day operational activities on Amazon, Flipkart and other marketplaces.

 Monitor Seller Central / marketplace dashboards for orders, inventory, returns, cancellations and account-related issues.

 Ensure product listings are active and operational.

 Coordinate with marketplace teams for operational queries and escalations.

 Monitor marketplace performance and identify operational gaps.

3. Shopify / D2C Operations-

 Monitor orders received through the company website.

 Ensure inventory, pricing and product information is updated.

 Coordinate with the warehouse for timely fulfilment of website orders.

 Monitor website orders, cancellations, refunds and returns.

 Support basic operational activities on Shopify.

4. Inventory Coordination-

 Monitor stock availability across warehouses and sales channels.

 Maintain daily/weekly inventory reports.

 Identify low-stock and out-of-stock SKUs.

 Coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for replenishment.

 Ensure marketplace inventory is updated accurately.

 Track stock discrepancies and assist in reconciliation.

5. Returns, Refunds & RTO-

 Monitor customer returns, replacements and refund cases.

 Track RTO (Return to Origin) shipments.

 Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for returned products.

 Maintain return and RTO MIS.

 Identify recurring return/RTO reasons and highlight issues to management.

6. MIS & Reporting-

 Prepare daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.

 Maintain reports for: Orders, Sales, Inventory, Returns, RTO, Cancellations, Dispatches, Marketplace performance

 Analyse operational data and highlight discrepancies or unusual trends.

 Maintain accurate records in Excel/Google Sheets.

7. Coordination & Support-

 Coordinate with: Warehouse, Logistics partners, Customer service, Finance, Purchase, Sales & Marketing, Marketplace account managers.

 Follow up on pending operational issues and ensure timely closure.

 Escalate critical issues to the reporting manager.

8. Product Listing Support-

 Assist in creating and updating product listings.

 Check product titles, descriptions, images, specifications, prices and attributes.

 Coordinate with the content/marketing team for listing updates.

 Ensure product information is consistent across sales channels.

Required Skills:

 Good knowledge of e-commerce operations

 Experience with marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho or similar

 Working knowledge of Shopify or other D2C platforms

 Strong MS Excel / Google Sheets skills

 Good communication and coordination skills

 Strong attention to detail

 Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

 Good follow-up and problem-solving skills

 Ability to work with large volumes of orders/data

Qualification & Experience:

Education: Graduate in any discipline.

Experience: 1–3 years in e-commerce operations, marketplace operations, order management, supply chain or a related role.

Freshers with strong Excel skills and relevant e-commerce knowledge may also be considered.
