Job Description: Commission-Based Business Development Agent (Wedding Photography)

HiQ Photographers Private Limited is a premium photography and cinematography company with over two decades of experience creating timeless visual stories. We specialize in luxury weddings, corporate events, branding photography, and high-end visual content, serving discerning clients across India.

We are looking for motivated, well-connected individuals who can identify opportunities, build relationships, and introduce prospective clients to our team.

Position Summary

The Commission-Based Business Development Agent is responsible for generating qualified leads that result in confirmed bookings for HiQ's services. This role is ideal for individuals with strong networking abilities, excellent communication skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset.

There are no fixed working hours or sales targets. Your earning potential is directly linked to the business you bring in.

Key Responsibilities - Identify and secure leads

Wedding Photography & Cinematography
Event Photography
Develop relationships with:
Wedding planners
Event managers
Wedding venues
Hotels and resorts
Corporate HR and Marketing teams
Luxury brands
Bridal boutiques
Makeup artists
Decorators
Travel planners
Influencers and referral partners
Introduce HiQ's services to potential clients.
Submit complete lead details to HiQ.
Coordinate introductions between the client and the HiQ sales team.
Maintain professionalism and uphold HiQ's brand reputation.
Keep accurate records of leads submitted.

Candidate Profile - The ideal candidate should possess:

Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Excellent verbal communication
Self-motivation and initiative
Professional appearance and conduct
Ability to identify qualified prospects
Basic understanding of sales and customer service
Existing network within weddings, events or corporate sectors is an advantage

No prior photography experience is required.

Compensation

This is a 100% commission-based position.

Commission is payable only on confirmed bookings resulting from leads introduced by the agent.
A booking is considered confirmed only after:
The client signs the agreement, and
HiQ receives the agreed advance payment.
Commission is paid after the advance payment has been successfully received and cleared.
The applicable commission percentage or amount will be communicated separately in the appointment agreement.
There is no cap on commissions.

Lead Ownership

A lead will be considered the agent's lead only if:

It has not previously existed in HiQ's database.
It is submitted to HiQ before any direct enquiry is received from the same client.
Sufficient client information is provided to establish ownership.

HiQ reserves the right to verify lead ownership before approving commission.

Performance Expectations

Agents are expected to:

Represent HiQ professionally.
Submit genuine and qualified leads.
Maintain confidentiality regarding pricing, business practices, and client information.
Avoid making commitments or promises on behalf of HiQ without written authorization.
Follow all brand and communication guidelines.

Reporting

The Commission-Based Business Development Agent reports to the Management of HiQ Photographers Private Limited.

Please Note

This position does not constitute a salaried employment role. It is a commission-based engagement where remuneration is earned solely on successful business conversions resulting from leads introduced by the agent. Additional terms relating to commission structure, payment timelines, confidentiality, non-circumvention, and conflict of interest will be detailed in the Commission Agent Agreement issued upon appointment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Chennai, Tamil Nadu (Chennai, Chennai District)
