We are a high-end Design Studio and a team of young creative professionals trying to conquer the World through design, art, and style. :)

We are obsessed with design, craft and technology, constantly exploring better ways to create exceptional work.

The Role

The Art Director sets the vision.

You bring it to life.

The concept, storyboard, references and creative direction are already there. Your job is to transform them into finished work that feels premium.

AI is a huge part of how we work—but it's only one part. Your taste, design judgment, eye for detail and ability to refine work are what separate truly premium creative from work that simply looks close.

What You'll Work On

No two months look the same.

One month you might be producing an AI-powered campaign film.

The next, you could be creating product visuals, brand rollouts, social campaigns, packaging, or adapting assets across multiple formats.

Some projects are static Some are motion Some involve 3D Many combine all three

We're looking for someone who enjoys variety and can move between disciplines without compromising quality.

How We Work

Our production pipeline is AI-first.

We begin with AI models to generate concepts, storyboards, visuals, variations and video sequences quickly.

Once the creative direction is approved, you take ownership of refining the work into polished, production-ready assets.

Depending on the project, your work may involve:

Creating storyboard frames and concepts using AI models.
Producing AI-generated videos from approved frames.
Editing and polishing work in Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro and other creative software.
Creating campaign visuals, social media creatives, product renders and brand assets.
Using compositing, masking, retouching, colour correction, motion graphics and visual effects where needed.
Maintaining consistency across characters, products, branding and campaigns.
Adapting assets across multiple formats while maintaining quality.
Refining work based on feedback from the Art Director.

What We're Looking For

AI-first production

You already have a professional AI production workflow for image generation, video generation, compositing and editing. We're looking for someone who uses AI as part of their everyday creative process—not someone who's only experimenting with it.

Consistency

This is the skill we value most.

You can maintain consistency across characters, products, brands, lighting, composition and style throughout an entire campaign—not just a single image. However you achieve that consistency, we care about the results.

Adaptability

AI evolves quickly, and so do we.

You're excited to learn new AI models, techniques and workflows as the technology changes.

Creative software

You're genuinely proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro and Figma, with working knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D for product visualisation when required.

AI gets you there faster. Traditional tools give you precision and control.

Craftsmanship

You care about the details that separate good work from exceptional work.

Typography, spacing, colour, masking, motion, composition, lighting and clean finishing all matter to you. Every adaptation should feel intentionally designed—not simply resized.

Design fundamentals

You have a strong understanding of composition, framing, lighting, colour, typography, motion and visual storytelling.

Collaboration

You're comfortable working under creative direction, taking feedback positively, refining your work and delivering consistently high-quality results.

Systems thinking

You don't just create assets—you improve the way work gets made.

You'll contribute to prompt libraries, reusable templates, reference systems and production workflows that make future projects faster and better.

Curiosity

Most of our clients are based in New Zealand and Australia. You don't need prior experience in those markets, but you should be interested in understanding their audiences, culture, seasons and design expectations.

When a hand looks wrong, typography isn't quite right, a brand colour is off, motion feels unnatural, an edge needs cleaning. You fix it.

AI for speed. Traditional creative tools for precision. Great work needs both.
