Education Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: Excellent Communicator with the ability to create high quality verbal and written summaries that are comprehensive, accurate and focused on business understanding and impact 2. Ability to lead with integrity and remain calm during stressful situations while managing multiple demands and priorities. 3. Highly motivated team player with a successful track record of working collaboratively in a matrix organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Leveraging technology to issue all communications and providing key stakeholder management
2. Effective collaboration with the Airbus internal business teams to execute and improve crisis management strategies during onboarding scoped applications
3. Leading, driving, facilitating and chairing all investigation activities, meetings, and conference calls during a Major Incident
4. Forming collaborative action plans with specific actions, roles and deadlines, and ensuring these are completed
5. Being accountable for driving the bridge calls till MI resolution via workaround or permanent fix
6. Ensuring all administration and reports are maintained and up to date, including contacts information, technical diagrams, post major incident reviews
7. Supporting and nurturing process improvements and knowledge base improvements
8. Providing periodic major incident metrics reports
9. Ensure problem ticket is created for each MI and coordinate Root Cause analysis with required stakeholders
10. Regular follow up on RCA as per defined process and conduct RCA discussion calls with relevant parties.
11. Perform first level RCA quality checks and ensure the root cause along with fix are documented properly
12. Maintain problem ticket tracker till closure

Must-Have Skills:
1. 7+ years of experience in Incident Management, Major Incident Management, Problem Management
2. ITIL Foundation Certification preferred (V3/ITIL4)
3. Must have strong knowledge on ITSM Tools (Preferably ServiceNow). This includes an understanding on how the ITSM tool is leveraged on managing the complete MIM and Problem Management process.
4. Should have a basic understanding of other frameworks such Scrum Agile
5. Must have understanding on other ITSM processes such as Event management, Change management & CMDB & how it is interrelated with Major Incident and Problem management process
