Job Description: Service Coordinator

Company: Zebronics India Private Limited
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-person
Estimated Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience)Role

OverviewZebronics is looking for a highly organized and proactive Service Coordinator to join our service hub in Coimbatore. In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our customers, internal management, and the technical engineering team. You will manage the lifecycle of service requests, maintain service hub operations, track product repairs, and ensure quick turnaround times (TAT) to maintain high customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities

Service & Engineering Coordination

Manage Engineers: Schedule daily service activities, allocate service tickets, and coordinate tasks for in-house and onsite service engineers.
Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients, internal departments, and the technical team.
Operations: Maintain daily operations at the Coimbatore service hub to ensure smooth workflows.

Lifecycle & Data Management

Track Requests: Monitor the end-to-end lifecycle of repairs, replacements, and service logs from registration to final closure.
Maintain Records: Update and manage accurate data entry, job cards, service logs, and maintenance records.
Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service performance and metrics reports using Microsoft Excel.
Turnaround Time (TAT): Strictly monitor and meet company-defined turnaround timelines for product servicing.

Customer Support & Logistics

Resolution Management: Handle customer queries, service complaints, and escalations professionally with effective resolutions.
Logistics & Inventory: Coordinate with the logistics department for spare parts dispatches, tracking product collection, and delivery status updates.
Warranty Processing: Assist in validating warranty assertions, AMC claims, and necessary backend approvals.

Key Requirements & Qualifications

Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, BBA, BCA, or Diploma in Electronics/IT peripherals is a plus).
Experience: 0–3 years of experience in customer service coordination, back-office operations, or service center maintenance.
Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Tamil. Professional proficiency in Hindi is highly preferred for coordinating with national distribution centers.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data management, filtering, formulas) and basic knowledge of IT hardware or consumer electronics.
Soft Skills: Outstanding time-management skills, ability to resolve stressful customer conflicts, and a proactive mindset.
