HR Assistant
Location: NSP, Pitampura, Delhi
Job Type: Full-time / 6 days a week
Department: Human Resources

Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, presentable and professionally oriented HR Assistant with strong English communication and good HR Operations knowledge. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PMS, KPI/KRA, employee induction, onboarding, exit formalities, training, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day HR Operations and administrative activities.
Manage employee induction, onboarding and joining formalities.
Handle employee entry and exit formalities and maintain proper documentation.
Assist in designing, tracking and reviewing KPI/KRA for employees.
Support the Performance Management System (PMS) and maintain performance records.
Coordinate with department heads regarding employee performance, KPIs and KRAs.
Prepare and maintain HR reports related to performance, attendance and employee records.
Coordinate and support employee training and development programs.
Conduct/coordinate staff training as required.
Handle client coordination and maintain professional communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Maintain employee records, HR files and relevant documentation.
Ensure timely completion of assigned HR activities and take complete accountability for responsibilities.
Support employee engagement and other HR initiatives.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Ensure smooth coordination between management, employees, clients and other stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in HR, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
Prior experience in HR Operations / HR Assistant / HR Executive roles preferred.
Strong knowledge of KPI, KRA and PMS.
Good understanding of induction, onboarding and exit formalities.
Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
Strong coordination, organization and documentation skills.
Should be smart, confident, presentable and professionally groomed.
Should be capable of taking ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities.
Candidates with a corporate HR background will be preferred.
Ability to coordinate with senior management, employees and clients professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile

We are looking for a corporate-oriented HR professional who is mature, responsible and confident enough to independently handle HR activities. The candidate should have good exposure to KPI/KRA setting, PMS, employee lifecycle management, training and stakeholder coordination.
