Aasha Ayurveda is one of India's leading Ayurveda clinics specializing in Infertility, IVF Support, PCOS, Infertility, and Panchakarma. We are looking for a highly result-oriented Performance Marketing & Lead Conversion Manager who can not only generate quality leads through digital advertising but also ensure that every lead is effectively nurtured until it visits our clinic.

Job Objective

The primary responsibility of this role is to maximize patient acquisition by managing the complete lead journey—from advertisement to clinic visit and treatment conversion.

The ideal candidate should be an expert in paid advertising, CRM management, marketing automation, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.

Key Responsibilities1. Performance Marketing

Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns on:

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Google Search Ads
Google Display Network
YouTube Ads
Performance Max Campaigns
LinkedIn Ads
X (Twitter) Ads
Pinterest Ads (Preferred)
Other emerging advertising platforms

Responsible for:

Lead Generation Campaigns
WhatsApp Campaigns
Video Campaigns
Remarketing Campaigns
Lead Form Campaigns
Conversion Campaigns
Brand Awareness Campaigns

2. Lead Generation

Generate high-quality leads for:

Infertility
IVF Support
PCOS
Infertility
Panchakarma
Women's Health
Ayurveda Consultation

Target KPIs:

Increase Lead Volume
Improve Lead Quality
Reduce Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Improve Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)

3. Lead Flow Management (End-to-End Ownership)

Own and optimize the complete lead lifecycle:

Responsibilities include:

Ensure 100% of leads are assigned within defined SLAs.
Monitor response times and follow-up quality.
Track every lead until closure.
Reduce lead leakage at every stage.
Re-engage cold and lost leads through remarketing and follow-up campaigns.
Coordinate with telecallers, counsellors, and clinic teams to improve appointment attendance and conversions.
Maintain CRM hygiene and accurate lead status updates.

4. CRM & Marketing Automation

Manage CRM platforms and automate workflows:

Lead allocation
WhatsApp automation
SMS campaigns
Email campaigns
Missed-call follow-up
Lead scoring
Appointment reminders
Re-marketing audiences

Preferred experience with CRM systems such as LeadSquared, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.

5. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Improve conversion rates across the funnel by:

Landing page optimization
A/B testing of creatives and messaging
Audience segmentation
Funnel optimization
Remarketing strategies
Call-to-action improvements
Website conversion analysis

6. Analytics & Reporting

Prepare and present:

Daily performance reports
Weekly lead funnel reports

Campaign analysis

7. Team Coordination
