Type: Full-Time

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Saturday WFH)

Location: Rajouri Garden, Delhi -110027

What You'll Do

Design intuitive and visually engaging web and mobile application interfaces for live products.
Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma.
Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into seamless user experiences.
Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate user feedback to continuously improve product usability.
Maintain consistency across products by following and contributing to design systems and UI guidelines.
Work with engineering teams during implementation to ensure design accuracy and a smooth user experience.
Identify usability issues and proactively suggest design improvements based on user behavior and product goals.
Manage multiple design tasks and projects while meeting timelines and quality standards.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX Design, Product Design, or a related role.
Strong understanding of design fundamentals, including typography, colour theory, layout, accessibility, and usability principles.
Proficiency in Figma for designing interfaces, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Experience designing responsive web and mobile applications.
A strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design projects, including research, wireframes, prototypes, visual design, and problem-solving approach.
Familiarity with design systems, component libraries, and developer handoff processes.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) is an added advantage.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, or frontend development concepts is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions.
Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
