Full job description

Job Overview

We are seeking an organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful execution of our civil construction projects. You will support the Project Management team by assisting with scheduling, documentation, budget tracking, and communication among stakeholders, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Key Responsibilities

Documentation & Administration:
Maintain and organize all project files, contracts, permits, and related documentation (both digital and physical).
Prepare, process, and track RFI’s (Requests for Information), submittals, and change orders.
Assist in preparing progress reports, meeting minutes, and project updates for stakeholders.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Assist the Project Manager in developing and updating project schedules.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Schedule and coordinate site meetings, inspections, and project reviews.
Budgeting & Procurement:
Assist in tracking project costs and budget expenditures.
Process invoices, track purchase orders, and monitor subcontractor payments.
Assist with the procurement of materials and equipment as directed by the Project Manager.
Communication & Team Support:
Act as a central point of contact for project-related inquiries from internal teams, clients, and vendors.
Ensure clear and timely communication between the office and the field.
Support the Project Manager in identifying and resolving project bottlenecks or issues.
Compliance & Safety:
Assist in ensuring that all project activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
Maintain records related to site safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management within the civil construction industry
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6, Procore, or similar).
Familiarity with interpreting construction blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
[Optional: Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or Civil 3D is a plus.]
Soft Skills:
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
