We are Hiring: Freelance Social Media Strategist

Location: Remote

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and analytical Freelance Social Media Strategist to define and drive the direction of our social media presence. This role is ideal for someone who excels at building content strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and translating business objectives into actionable social media roadmaps. You will serve as the strategic force behind our social channels, ensuring our content, messaging, and engagement efforts align with brand goals and audience needs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and own the overall social media content strategy across platforms.
Define content pillars, messaging frameworks, and audience-focused content themes.
Create strategic content roadmaps that align with business and marketing objectives.
Identify platform-specific opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Conduct audience, competitor, and industry research to inform content direction.
Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations.
Track trends, emerging formats, and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive.
Collaborate with internal content, design, and marketing teams by providing strategic guidance and feedback.
Present regular strategic insights, performance reviews, and optimization plans.

Key Requirements
Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Digital Marketing Strategist, or similar role.
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), Facebook, YouTube, and emerging social platforms.
Experience developing content strategies for brands, startups, agencies, or creators.
Ability to interpret analytics and convert data into strategic recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of audience behavior, content marketing, and social media trends.
Experience working remotely and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What This Role Does NOT Include
Content creation, graphic design, or video editing.
Daily posting, scheduling, or community management.
Direct management of designers, editors, or social media coordinators.
Brand identity development or rebranding projects.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
