Volunteer Role: Claude AI Expert & Organizational Development StrategistAbout Vandanam

Vandanam is an emerging social and human development organization currently in its foundational stage. We are building the organization from scratch with the vision of creating meaningful impact in education, culture, conscious development, sustainable living, architecture, community upliftment, and human-centered systems.

At this early stage, the organization requires strong intellectual, communication, research, documentation, and presentation support to shape its identity, structure, and public presence professionally.

For this reason, we are looking for a highly capable Claude AI Expert Volunteer who can help us use AI intelligently to accelerate the building of the organization.

Role Overview

We are not simply looking for a “prompt engineer.”

We are looking for someone who can use Claude AI as a powerful working partner to help build the foundational systems, communication materials, research structures, visual presentation, and organizational documentation required for a growing social organization.

This role is extremely important because, in the beginning stage of an organization, hundreds of important things need to be built simultaneously, including:

Vision documents
Concept writeups
Organizational blueprint
Research-backed frameworks
Presentations
Articles
Public communication
Volunteer structures
Legal drafts and support documentation
Website content
Visual communication
Social media strategy
Proposal documents
Video scripting
Brand positioning
AI workflow systems
Internal documentation
Long-term planning materials

A highly skilled Claude AI expert can significantly reduce the time, cost, and confusion involved in building these systems properly.

ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Documentation & Structure

Help create strong research-backed organizational writeups
Develop concept notes, mission documents, vision drafts, and organizational blueprints
Structure policies, volunteer documents, frameworks, and foundational documentation
Assist in preparing required drafts related to legal and operational processes

AI-Assisted Research & Knowledge Development

Conduct deep research using Claude AI
Organize complex ideas into structured, understandable documents
Build knowledge systems and research libraries for the organization
Help convert broad vision into actionable frameworks

Communication & Public Presentation

Create professional and impactful written communication
Develop website-ready content
Assist with articles, blogs, social media content, and storytelling
Improve the clarity, presentation, and credibility of organizational communication

Visual Communication & Creative Support

Help structure presentations, pitch decks, and visual narratives
Support video scripting and creative communication
Assist in making the organization visually and intellectually presentable to the public
Guide AI-assisted creative workflows for design, content, and branding

AI Workflow Development

Build efficient AI usage systems for the organization
Help volunteers and leadership effectively use Claude AI and related tools
Create reusable prompt systems and operational frameworks
Increase productivity and reduce foundational workload using AI intelligently

What We Are Looking For

Has advanced practical experience using Claude AI
Understands long-form thinking, structured writing, and deep research
Can transform raw ideas into professional outputs
Has strong communication and organizational thinking ability
Understands how startups, nonprofits, research initiatives, or social organizations are built
Can independently handle multidisciplinary tasks
Is capable of building clarity within early-stage organizational chaos
