Affiliate Manager (Web Lead) cum Operations Manager

About the Role

Vellko Media is looking for an experienced Affiliate Manager (Web Lead) cum Operations Manager to manage and scale our performance marketing business across the US market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in CPA, CPL, and CPS campaigns, affiliate relationship management, offer optimization, traffic compliance, and day-to-day campaign operations.

This role requires hands-on experience with affiliate tracking platforms, publisher management, performance analysis, and revenue growth strategies.

Required Experience

3+ Years of Affiliate Marketing Experience
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, CPS, RevShare, models
Experience managing direct advertisers, publishers, and affiliate networks
Proven track record of scaling profitable campaigns

Key Responsibilities

Affiliate & Publisher Management

Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates and media partners.
Build and maintain relationships with high-quality publishers.
Negotiate payouts, caps, and traffic quality requirements.
Identify new traffic opportunities and growth channels.
Monitor affiliate performance and optimize revenue generation.

Campaign Operations

Launch, monitor, and optimize CPA, CPL, and CPS campaigns.
Manage offer setup, tracking links, postbacks, and pixel implementation.
Ensure proper campaign tracking and attribution.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for campaign delivery.

Performance Management

Analyze EPC, RPC, Conversion Rate, Approval Rate, and ROI.
Monitor campaign quality, fraud prevention, and compliance standards.
Scale profitable traffic sources while maintaining performance benchmarks.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

Client & Advertiser Management

Coordinate with direct advertisers and affiliate networks.
Manage campaign caps, budgets, and performance expectations.
Resolve operational and technical issues promptly.
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities.

Team & Process Management

Create SOPs and operational workflows.
Ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.
Collaborate with media buying, email marketing, and business development teams.
Drive process improvements and automation initiatives.
