As we continue to grow, we are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our design team and contribute to building exceptional user experiences.

Position Summary

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with 1.5–3 years of experience in designing intuitive and visually appealing digital products. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and experience designing interfaces for both mobile and web applications.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders while contributing to products used by global clients.

Key Responsibilities

Design clean, intuitive, and visually engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma or similar design tools.
Translate business requirements and user needs into effective design solutions.
Collaborate closely with developers and product teams to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Maintain consistency across products through reusable design components and design systems.
Conduct basic user research and incorporate feedback into design iterations.
Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized across devices.
Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to improve product usability and user experience.

Required Qualifications

1.5–3 years of experience in UI/UX Design.
Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
Experience designing both web and mobile applications.
Understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
Strong visual design skills, including typography, color theory, spacing, and layout.
Ability to communicate design decisions effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of responsive design principles.

Preferred Skills

Experience working with design systems and reusable UI components.
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Exposure to usability testing and user research.
Familiarity with accessibility guidelines and best practices.
Knowledge of motion design, micro-interactions, or animation tools is a plus.
