About the Role

The Business Development & Marketing Coordinator will support our growth initiatives in India by driving high-quality prospect research, outreach coordination, CRM discipline, marketing support, and business administration.

This role is ideal for a candidate who combines strong execution skills with commercial awareness. You will work closely with leadership and internal teams, helping to improve outreach effectiveness, strengthen lead management, support proposals and client engagement, and contribute to scalable business processes.

This is not a routine support role. It is a visible position with direct impact on:

market expansion in India
sales pipeline development
outreach coordination and follow-up effectiveness
reporting accuracy and business insight
internal process improvement

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

Research and identify B2B prospects in target industries, including automotive, aerospace, medical devices, consumer products, and industrial manufacturing
Build and maintain prospect lists using LinkedIn, directories, industry sources, and lead generation tools
Identify decision-makers, verify contact details, and conduct outbound email and phone outreach
Generate qualified leads, schedule meetings, and ensure timely follow-up
Track prospects through the pipeline and support efficient outreach workflows

Marketing & Sales Support

Prepare and update presentations, proposals, sales decks, company profiles, and marketing materials
Support email campaigns, social media coordination, and other digital marketing activities
Ensure client-facing materials are accurate, professional, and delivered on time
Assist with campaign and outreach reporting, including results and next steps

CRM Management & Reporting

Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for leads, contacts, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunity stages
Ensure timely updates to support visibility into sales and outreach activity
Prepare regular reports on lead generation, outreach performance, meeting outcomes, and campaign support

Coordination & Administrative Support

Coordinate calendars, meetings, and schedules with internal teams and external prospects
Support leadership with follow-up tracking, meeting preparation, and business development coordination
Organize sales, marketing, and project documents in a structured manner
Assist with day-to-day coordination and ad hoc operational support
Contribute to improving outreach, documentation, and coordination processes

Success Measures

Performance in this role will be evaluated based on execution quality, consistency, and contribution to business growth. Key indicators may include:

number of qualified leads generated per month
quality and accuracy of prospect research
CRM data accuracy and completeness
timeliness of follow-up and lead movement
campaign and outreach reporting cadence
turnaround time for proposals, presentations, and meeting coordination
contribution to pipeline growth and market expansion efforts
ownership of process improvements in outreach and coordination

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is professional, credible, and commercially aware — someone who can work independently, communicate confidently, and bring structure to a growing business environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
8+ years of experience in business development support, marketing coordination, sales operations, executive support, or similar roles
Strong experience in B2B lead generation, research, outreach support, and coordination
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Confidence working in a remote, fast-paced, and evolving business environment
Ability to interact professionally with senior stakeholders and international teams
Self-starter mindset with strong ownership and follow-through

Preferred Tools & Systems

Experience with the following tools will be an advantage:

LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar lead generation tools
HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent CRM platforms
Mailchimp or similar email marketing tools
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Google Workspace
