Job Title: Non-IT US Recruiter
Location: Remote

We are looking for an experienced Non-IT US Recruiter to join our growing talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment for the US market, with hands-on experience sourcing and hiring candidates for non-technical positions across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for Non-IT positions across the US market.
Work closely with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and hiring priorities.
Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other recruitment channels.
Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers and ensure a smooth hiring process.
Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and internal databases.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and clients.
Stay updated with US recruitment trends, labor market conditions, and hiring best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of hands-on experience in Non-IT Recruitment for the US market.
Strong experience working on roles such as Healthcare, Administrative, Clerical, Customer Service, Finance, Accounting, HR, Sales, Marketing, Manufacturing, Logistics, and other non-technical positions.
Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, social media platforms, and networking channels.
Strong understanding of US employment practices and recruitment processes.
Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹6,000,000.00 per year

Work Location: Remote
