Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Janakpuri, New Delhi
Experience: 8–10 Years
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, mature, and result-oriented HR Manager to lead the complete HR function of the organization. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in building a strong workforce, improving employee engagement, streamlining HR operations, and supporting business growth through effective people management practices.

This position requires a hands-on HR professional who can independently manage recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, compliance, performance management, and organizational development while partnering closely with leadership and department heads.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition & Hiring

Lead end-to-end recruitment for all levels including sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiation, and onboarding
Develop effective hiring strategies to reduce hiring timelines and improve candidate quality
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce requirements
Build and maintain talent pipelines through job portals, consultants, referrals, and social platforms

2. HR Operations & Administration

Oversee complete HR operations including employee lifecycle management
Maintain employee records, documentation, contracts, attendance, leave, and HR databases
Supervise payroll inputs and coordinate with finance/accounts for salary processing
Ensure timely issuance of offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and exit documentation
Implement and improve HR processes, SOPs, and systems for operational efficiency

3. Employee Engagement & Culture

Build a positive and performance-driven work culture
Organize employee engagement activities, team-building initiatives, and wellness programs
Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain healthy employee relations
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally

4. Performance Management & Learning

Manage performance appraisal cycles and employee evaluations
Assist department managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and performance goals
Identify training and development needs across departments
Drive employee growth, succession planning, and retention strategies

5. Compliance & Policy Management

Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory regulations
Draft, update, and implement HR policies and employee handbooks
Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information
Support audits and ensure proper HR documentation and legal compliance

6. Strategic HR & Leadership

Partner with senior management on HR planning and organizational development
Monitor HR metrics such as attrition, hiring efficiency, absenteeism, and employee satisfaction
Recommend HR initiatives that improve productivity and employee performance
Lead and mentor HR team members while fostering accountability and professionalism

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
8–10 years of progressive HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions
Strong understanding of recruitment, HR operations, payroll coordination, and employee relations
Good knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR compliance
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software
