Role Summary
The Campus Manager is responsible for the holistic management of campus operations, academic delivery, student experience, and institutional compliance. This role serves as the central operational anchor of the institution, ensuring seamless coordination across academic, administrative, and student-facing functions.
The Campus Manager works closely with faculty, academic heads, support teams, and senior management to uphold institutional standards, drive student satisfaction, and enable continuous improvement through data-informed decision-making.

1. Academic Calendar Planning & Execution
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure seamless execution of the academic year in alignment with institutional standards.
- Develop, review, and operationalize the annual academic calendar
- Ensure timely commencement and completion of semesters, modules, assessments, juries, and exhibitions
- Monitor faculty adherence to syllabus completion timelines
- Coordinate with academic heads for workshops, industry visits, guest lectures, and academic events
- Track attendance compliance and internal assessment deadlines
- Conduct periodic academic audits to ensure delivery quality
- 100% adherence to approved academic calendar
- ≥95% syllabus completion within scheduled timelines
- Zero academic disruptions due to planning gaps
- Timely conduct of exams and result declarations
2. Student Satisfaction & Experience Management
Enhance overall student experience and campus engagement.
- Conduct structured student satisfaction surveys at mid-term and end-term
- Establish and manage student grievance redressal mechanisms
- Monitor classroom environment, infrastructure, and support services
- Ensure quality of workshops, lab facilities, and studio resources
- Drive extracurricular and engagement initiatives
- Maintain proactive communication channels with students
- Student satisfaction score ≥85%
- Grievances resolved within defined SLA (72 hours for minor; 7 days for major issues)
- Reduction in recurring complaints by at least 20% annually
- Increased participation in campus events and activities
3. Student Retention & Progression
Minimize dropouts and ensure strong academic continuity.
- Monitor attendance and academic performance trends
- Identify at-risk students through attendance, grades, and behavioral indicators
- Implement intervention strategies such as counseling, mentoring, and parent meetings
- Track fee payment compliance and coordinate with finance for follow-ups
- Maintain updated student lifecycle data
- Retention rate ≥90–95%
- Reduction in dropouts year-on-year
- Improvement in average academic performance metrics
- Timely intervention for 100% of identified at-risk students
4. Faculty & Academic Team Coordination
Ensure effective academic delivery through faculty alignment.
- Monitor faculty attendance and teaching effectiveness
- Conduct periodic performance reviews with the Academic Head
- Support faculty in resource planning and classroom requirements
- Ensure substitute arrangements to avoid class cancellations
- Facilitate faculty development workshops
- Less than 2% class cancellations due to faculty non-availability
- Positive faculty performance feedback scores
- Regular faculty meetings conducted (minimum one per month)
5. Operational & Infrastructure Management
Maintain campus operational efficiency and compliance.
- Oversee campus facilities, maintenance, and safety compliance
- Ensure studios, labs, and equipment are functional and updated
- Monitor housekeeping, security, and vendor performance
- Maintain inventory and asset tracking
- Ensure compliance with statutory and institutional regulations
- Zero major safety violations
- 100% operational readiness of classrooms, studios, and labs
- Vendor SLAs met consistently
- Budget adherence within approved limits
6. Admissions Support & Brand Representation
Support admissions conversion and campus brand positioning.
- Collaborate with the admissions team for campus tours and orientation
- Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new students
- Support exhibitions, portfolio reviews, and promotional events
- Maintain campus readiness for audits and inspections
- Positive feedback from prospective students and parents
- Seamless orientation execution
- Contribution to improved admission-to-enrollment conversion rate
7. Reporting & Data Management
Enable data-driven decision making.
- Prepare monthly campus performance reports covering academics, retention, grievances, and operations
- Maintain dashboards for attendance, retention, and satisfaction
- Present insights and improvement plans to management
- Ensure documentation and record accuracy
- 100% timely report submission
- Data accuracy ≥99%

Performance Review
Performance will be evaluated on a quarterly and annual basis against the KPIs defined in each KRA. Monthly reports and management reviews will form the basis of continuous performance tracking. The Campus Manager is expected to maintain documentation of all key activities, escalate critical issues proactively, and contribute to institutional improvement plans.
Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
