Job Description: Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer
Department: Creative / Design
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and talented Graphic Designer who can create visually appealing and engaging designs for digital marketing, social media, websites, branding, and other business requirements.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of design, typography, color, composition, and branding, along with the ability to understand business requirements and convert ideas into high-quality visual content.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design

Create creative and professional designs for social media, websites, digital marketing campaigns, advertisements, presentations, brochures, banners, and marketing materials.
Develop graphics based on campaign objectives, brand guidelines, and client requirements.
Create visually engaging designs that communicate the intended message effectively.
Maintain consistency in branding, colors, fonts, imagery, and overall visual identity.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Designs

Design creative posts, carousels, stories, reels covers, ads, and other social media creatives.
Create graphics for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital channels.
Work closely with the digital marketing team to create creatives for marketing campaigns.
Develop multiple creative concepts and variations for advertisements and promotional campaigns.

Website & UI Design Support

Create visual assets and graphics required for websites and landing pages.
Design banners, website sections, icons, illustrations, and other digital assets.
Coordinate with the web development/UI-UX team to ensure designs are practical and visually consistent.

Branding & Marketing Materials

Create branding materials such as:
Logos
Business cards
Company profiles
Brochures
Flyers
Presentations
Posters
Banners
Digital advertisements
Follow and maintain brand guidelines across all creative materials.

Collaboration & Client Requirements

Understand design briefs and translate business requirements into creative concepts.
Work closely with the marketing, business development, UI/UX, and development teams.
Make design revisions based on feedback from internal teams and clients.
Manage multiple design projects and deliver work within deadlines.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of graphic design principles.
Good understanding of color theory, typography, layout, composition, and visual hierarchy.
Proficiency in design tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign (preferred)
Figma (preferred)
Canva (good to have)
Ability to create professional and engaging social media creatives.
Good understanding of digital marketing and social media design requirements.
Strong attention to detail.
Good communication and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

Experience or knowledge in the following will be an advantage:

Social media creative design
Digital advertising creatives
Branding and visual identity
Website graphics
UI/UX design
Motion graphics
Video editing
Basic knowledge of After Effects / Premiere Pro
AI-based design and creative tools
Understanding of responsive digital design

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
Relevant experience and a strong portfolio may be considered in place of formal qualifications.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

The Graphic Designer will be evaluated based on:

Quality and creativity of designs.
Timely delivery of assigned projects.
Ability to understand and execute creative briefs.
Consistency with brand guidelines.
Quality of social media and digital marketing creatives.
Number of design revisions required.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Collaboration with marketing, development, and other internal teams.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
