Vividhut is a growing creative and digital solutions company focused on building impactful brands through creative design, digital marketing, content, and visual storytelling.

We are looking for a Creative Lead who can take ownership of our creative direction and lead the development of high-quality visual and marketing content across branding, social media, digital campaigns, and client projects.

The ideal candidate is a multi-skilled creative professional with strong knowledge of branding, marketing, graphic design, photo editing, video production, and AI-powered creative tools.

Work Mode: Remote / Hybrid
Location: Kochi, Kerala
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, based on skills and experience

Job Summary

As a Creative Lead at Vividhut, you will be responsible for developing creative concepts, maintaining brand consistency, leading visual communication, and executing creative campaigns across multiple platforms.

You will work across branding, graphic design, social media, photography, photo editing, video editing, AI video creation, and digital marketing, while collaborating with the marketing and content teams.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can think strategically, create independently, and guide other creatives.

Key Responsibilities Creative Strategy & Branding

Develop creative concepts and visual directions for brands and campaigns.
Establish and maintain brand identities, visual guidelines, and creative standards.
Create branding assets including logos, color palettes, typography, brand templates, and marketing materials.
Develop creative strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
Ensure consistency in brand communication across digital and offline platforms.

Graphic Design

Create high-quality designs for social media, advertisements, websites, brochures, presentations, campaigns, and promotional materials.
Develop creative concepts and convert ideas into visually compelling designs.
Design social media creatives, carousels, banners, posters, thumbnails, and campaign assets.
Review and improve designs created by other team members.
Maintain quality and consistency across all creative deliverables.

Photo Editing & Visual Content

Edit and enhance photographs for social media, marketing, branding, and campaigns.
Perform image retouching, background removal, color correction, compositing, and creative manipulation.
Create visually engaging photo-based content for digital platforms.
Maintain a consistent visual style across photography and edited assets.

Video Editing & Content Creation

Plan, edit, and produce engaging videos for social media and marketing campaigns.
Create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, advertisements, product videos, and branded content.
Handle video editing, transitions, subtitles, sound synchronization, color correction, and basic motion graphics.
Adapt video content for different platforms and formats.

AI Video & AI Creative Production

Use AI-powered tools to create and enhance images, videos, animations, and creative assets.
Experiment with AI video generation, image generation, voiceovers, avatars, visual effects, and other emerging creative technologies.
Develop efficient AI-assisted workflows for faster content production.
Explore new AI tools and creative techniques that can improve the quality and speed of production.
Combine AI-generated assets with traditional editing and design workflows.

Marketing & Campaigns

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.
Understand target audiences, campaign objectives, and marketing requirements.
Create creative assets aligned with digital marketing strategies.
Contribute creative ideas for social media campaigns, advertisements, product launches, and promotional activities.
Stay updated with current social media, branding, content, and design trends.

Team Leadership

Lead and guide graphic designers, video editors, interns, and other creative team members.
Assign creative tasks and monitor project progress.
Review creative work and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain creative quality and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Build efficient creative workflows and processes.
Mentor junior creatives and help develop their skills.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of branding and visual identity.
Strong graphic design and visual communication skills.
Good knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.
Proficiency in tools such as:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Premiere Pro
After Effects
Canva
Figma
DaVinci Resolve or similar tools
Experience with AI creative and AI video generation tools.
Strong knowledge of photo editing and image manipulation.
Strong video editing and storytelling skills.
Good understanding of typography, color theory, composition, layouts, and visual hierarchy.
Ability to develop creative concepts from briefs.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability.

Preferred Skills

Experience working in a creative agency, branding agency, marketing agency, or digital media company.
Experience handling multiple brands or client projects.
Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Experience with AI tools such as Runway, Kling, Sora, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, or similar platforms.
Basic knowledge of photography and videography.
Understanding of performance marketing creatives and conversion-focused design.
Experience managing or mentoring creative teams.
