Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Kochi
Experience: 6+ years

Beautile Global Trading LLP is a premium lifestyle and building-materials company specializing in imported luxury products, including premium tiles, natural stones, roofing solutions, and luxury furniture. We work with discerning homeowners, architects, interior designers, premium clients, and commercial and hospitality projects.

This role is ideal for a result-oriented digital marketing professional who understands how to market premium and high-value products, build brand visibility, reach the right audience, generate qualified enquiries, and work closely with the Sales team to convert digital opportunities into business.

What We Look For

We are looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketing professional who can go beyond social media management and take ownership of lead generation, campaign performance, lead quality, and measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
Plan and manage lead generation and performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital platforms.
Take ownership of qualified lead generation, campaign optimization, and marketing ROI.
Manage and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Plan and coordinate content including social media posts, reels, videos, blogs, promotional campaigns, and brand communication.
Manage and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads, including audience targeting, campaign structure, budgets, creatives, A/B testing, and conversion optimization.
Track campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools and provide regular performance reports and actionable insights.
Monitor key performance metrics including CPL, qualified lead cost, conversion rate, customer acquisition cost, and marketing ROI.
Work closely with the Sales team to monitor lead quality, follow-up, conversion, and overall sales funnel performance.
Develop strategies to improve website visibility, organic traffic, and SEO performance.
Coordinate email marketing, remarketing, lead nurturing, and CRM-based campaigns where required.
Collaborate with Sales, Design, and other teams to develop effective campaigns and promotional activities.
Explore and implement AI-powered marketing tools to improve productivity, content creation, campaign optimization, and analytics.
Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, platforms, technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, preferably with significant experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
Proven track record of generating qualified leads and measurable business results through digital marketing.
Strong hands-on experience with:
Meta Ads Manager
Google Ads
Google Analytics
Social Media Marketing
Lead Generation
Performance Marketing
SEO & SEM
Strong understanding of campaign analytics, conversion tracking, audience targeting, retargeting, and performance optimization.
Ability to analyze campaign data and make decisions based on ROI and business outcomes.
Excellent communication, analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
Ability to independently manage multiple campaigns and work closely with Sales and Design teams.

Preferred Skills

Experience with premium/luxury brands or high-value products.
Experience in premium furniture, interiors, home décor, lifestyle, architecture, building materials, real estate, hospitality, automotive, or related industries.
Experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Knowledge of Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
Experience with AI-powered marketing and content creation tools.
Experience in premium/luxury furniture, interiors, architecture, home décor, building materials, real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or other high-value product segments will be highly preferred.
