Admin Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Admin Manager to oversee administrative and facility operations across multiple offices and operational centers. The role will involve office administration, facility management, vendor coordination, expense management, inventory control, documentation, and team supervision.

Position Details

Role: Admin Manager
Experience: 8+ Years of Relevant Experience
Qualification: Graduation in any Discipline
Location: Delhi NCR
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Week Off: Rotational
Travel: Periodic visits to company offices/centers may be required

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day administrative activities across multiple offices and centers.
Supervise Admin Executives and ensure smooth administrative operations.
Oversee facility requirements including maintenance, housekeeping, security, pantry, utilities, and office infrastructure.
Manage administrative expenses, petty cash, bills, budgeting, and expense records.
Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, AMC services, housekeeping, transportation, and other administrative requirements.
Maintain records of office assets, inventory, stationery, equipment, agreements, invoices, and vendor documents.
Monitor inventory and ensure timely availability of office supplies and consumables.
Coordinate with landlords, service providers, and external stakeholders whenever required.
Ensure compliance with company administrative policies and procedures.
Conduct periodic office/center visits and inspections to monitor maintenance and operational standards.
Coordinate requirements related to seating arrangements, electricity, internet, courier services, utilities, and other office facilities.
Prepare administrative reports related to expenses, vendors, inventory, and facility operations.
Coordinate with HR, Operations, IT, Finance, and Management teams for smooth business operations.
Support the administration and setup of new offices/centers whenever required.
Identify administrative and operational issues and coordinate appropriate solutions.

Required Skills

Strong experience in administration and facility management.
Experience managing multiple offices, branches, or locations.
Knowledge of administrative budgeting and expense management.
Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
Experience in inventory, asset, and petty cash management.
Good understanding of office administration and facility operations.
Strong team handling and coordination skills.
Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and administrative reporting.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and locations effectively.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in any discipline.
8+ years of relevant experience in administration, facility management, or a similar role.
Experience in managing multiple branches, offices, or operational locations will be preferred.
Candidates from BPO, corporate, healthcare, retail, service, or other multi-location organizations may be considered.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
