Job Title: Franchise Coordinator

Job Type: Full-time
Work Location: Remote / Work From Home
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Performance Bonus + Incentives

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or a related field preferred.
Candidates with relevant franchise, sales, customer service, business development, or coordination experience may also be considered.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in franchise coordination, sales, business development, telecalling, customer relationship management, or a related field preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication, coordination, and convincing skills may also apply.

Responsibilities

Handle enquiries from prospective franchise partners.
Contact franchise leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
Explain the company's franchise business model, investment requirements, benefits, process, and opportunities.
Understand the prospective franchise partner's requirements, location, budget, and business interests.
Qualify franchise leads based on predefined criteria.
Schedule meetings and discussions between prospective franchise partners and the management/sales team.
Follow up regularly with interested franchise prospects.
Maintain accurate franchise lead and customer information in the CRM.
Update lead status, call details, follow-ups, meetings, and conversion activities.
Coordinate the franchise onboarding process from initial enquiry to agreement and store launch.
Collect and coordinate required franchise-related documents and information.
Coordinate with internal teams including sales, operations, accounts, legal, marketing, and management.
Assist franchise partners with general queries during the onboarding process.
Maintain proper records of franchise applications, communications, documents, and follow-ups.
Track pending activities and ensure timely completion.
Support franchise partners during the pre-opening and initial setup stages.
Prepare regular reports on franchise enquiries, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly lead follow-up and conversion targets.
Maintain professional communication and good relationships with prospective and existing franchise partners.

Candidates who can communicate in any of the following Indian languages will be preferred:
