Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive with hands-on experience in payroll, HR operations, and recruitment systems. The candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR activities, ensuring smooth HR processes, and supporting overall employee lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end payroll processing and ensure accuracy & compliance
Manage HR administration activities (attendance, leave, employee records, documentation)
Work on HRMS tools for employee data management and reporting
Manage recruitment process using ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Coordinate with candidates for interviews, onboarding, and documentation
Maintain employee database and HR reports
Support employee engagement and HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws

Required Skills:

2–3 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Generalist role
Strong experience in Payroll Management
Hands-on experience in HRMS tools
Experience working with ATS platforms
Good knowledge of HR administration
Strong communication and coordination skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Experience in IT / Staffing industry will be an added advantage
