Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with 10–11 years of experience to lead our digital marketing function and drive our brand's online presence and growth.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who understands social media, paid advertising, PPC, content marketing, branding, and team management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the digital marketing team, leading content initiatives, overseeing advertising campaigns, and developing strategies that strengthen the brand and generate business results.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Own the social media calendar, campaigns, content planning, publishing, and engagement.
Track social media trends and identify opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
Monitor audience feedback, comments, messages, and overall online brand presence.
Analyze social media performance and continuously improve the strategy.

PPC & Paid Advertising

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and paid advertising campaigns.
Manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaign budgets, targeting, ad creatives, audience segmentation, and optimization.
Monitor key metrics including CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, conversions, and ROAS.
Conduct A/B testing and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop effective ad campaigns.

Digital Marketing Team Management

Lead and manage the overall digital marketing team.
Coordinate the work of social media, content, creative, and paid marketing team members.
Set priorities, timelines, goals, and performance expectations.
Ensure campaigns and deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
Mentor team members and support their professional development.
Build a collaborative and performance-driven team culture.

Content & Branding

Lead the content team and develop content strategies that support brand growth.
Create and maintain content calendars for different digital channels.
Provide clear creative briefs and direction to writers, designers, and other team members.
Review content to ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, tone, and visual identity.
Develop creative campaigns and brand initiatives that improve visibility and audience engagement.
Ensure all digital communication reflects the company's positioning and brand guidelines.

Digital Marketing Strategy

Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Identify new channels, platforms, trends, and opportunities for growth.
Work with leadership and other departments to understand business goals and translate them into effective marketing campaigns.
Support product launches, promotional campaigns, events, and other marketing initiatives.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze digital marketing, social media, and paid advertising performance.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, leads, conversions, engagement, and ROI.
Use data and insights to improve marketing strategies and campaign performance.
Set and monitor KPIs for social media, content, paid advertising, and digital marketing.

Qualifications & Experience

10–11 years of professional experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, paid advertising, or a related field.
Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, PPC, social media marketing, and digital campaigns.
Proven experience managing and leading digital marketing or content teams.
Strong understanding of branding, content strategy, paid media, audience growth, and digital marketing funnels.
Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing campaigns for ROI.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Preferred Skills

Experience with Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytics tools.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Experience with lead-generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
Understanding of landing pages, conversion optimization, and marketing funnels.
Strong understanding of current social media trends and digital platforms.
Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
