Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing & Community Growth Intern who can help us build our digital presence, grow online communities, improve search visibility, and create engaging content using modern AI tools.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys SEO, social media, content creation, online community building, outreach, and digital PR.

Key Responsibilities:

Community Building & Engagement

· Build and manage communities across Facebook Groups, Reddit, Quora, caregiver forums, and healthcare communities.

· Participate in discussions and create meaningful engagement.

· Identify opportunities to promote company products through value-driven conversations.

· Increase community memberships, engagement, and brand awareness.

Social Media Marketing

· Create monthly social media content calendars.

· Generate social media posts using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and Canva.

· Schedule and publish content across multiple social platforms.

SEO & Link Building

· Perform off-page SEO activities.

· Identify and secure guest posting opportunities.

· Build high-quality backlinks through outreach campaigns.

· Conduct competitor backlink analysis.

· Submit websites to relevant directories and industry platforms.

Content Marketing

· Write and publish blogs using WordPress.

· Create SEO-friendly content using AI-assisted tools.

· Repurpose blogs into social media content.

· Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.

Digital PR & Brand Building

· Research PR opportunities and industry publications.

· Connect with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and healthcare websites.

· Assist in securing mentions, interviews, and guest contributions.

· Build digital authority for the company and its products.

Required Skills

· Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing.

· Understanding of social media platforms and online communities.

· Familiarity with WordPress.

· Experience with ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Canva, or similar AI tools.

· Experience posting on Reddit, Quora, Facebook Groups, LinkedIn, or online forums.

· Strong written English communication skills.

· Ability to learn and use AI tools effectively.

· Good research and analytical skills.

· Self-motivated and proactive mindset.

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

· Basic understanding of backlink building and guest posting.

· Familiarity with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

· Understanding of healthcare, senior care, or technology industries is a plus.
