Revenue Generation & Fee Collection

Ensure the successful collection of course fees for A2, B1, and B2 batches.
Achieve a 100% student conversion from A1 to A2 and subsequent levels.
Meeting and exceeding monthly revenue targets through strategic student engagement and timely fee collection.
Prepare and submit a detailed revenue prediction report at the beginning of each month, estimating fee collection from A2, B1, and B2 students.
Maintain a systematic approach to tracking and improving recurring fee revenue based on batch commencements.

2. Student Engagement & Retention

Periodically interact with students post-enrollment to track progress and gather feedback.
Provide mentorship and motivation to students, ensuring they remain engaged and committed.
Address and document cases of student grievances, dropouts, permanent absentees, and batch transfers.
Conduct regular follow-ups with students showing low attendance and implement strategies for retention.

3. Data Management & Reporting

Maintain an accurate and comprehensive database of all German department students.
Document student history, attendance records, fee payment status, grievances, and batch transitions.
Provide timely and accurate reports to the Academic Coordinator regarding student performance and revenue metrics.

4. Academic Coordination & Support

Assist the Academic Coordinator in the smooth commencement of German batches.
Make daily reminder calls to absent students from the previous day’s class to improve attendance.
Ensure that students receive the best possible academic support by coordinating with the academic team.
Act as a bridge between students and faculty, ensuring an optimal learning experience.Revenue Generation & Fee Collection
