We are partnering with our customers across the complete semiconductor value chain spectrum that includes Hardware design and development, Supply chain management, Quality management, Product Management, Reliability, Data Science, ML/AI and many more. Our clientele includes prestigious IC chip manufacturers and OEMs from the United States, Asia, the Middle East, and Europe with our services being rendered to our global customers out of our head office in Mohali, India. We have offices in the United States, the Middle East, Singapore, Taiwan, Ireland, and several other locations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Work collaboratively across the Supply Chain team as well as with internal and external suppliers, departments, and strategic business units to create an end-to-end supply chain plan that reflects all stakeholders’ inputs and supports product launch or cost reduction efforts.

Develop and execute robust, accurate, and on-time supply chain plans by implementing the product supply chain processes across the Understand – Design – Plan and Execute methodology.
Create cohesive supply chain programs and plans with identifiable critical paths, task dependencies, and major milestones, and manage the approved plans and schedules.
Complete BOM Cost Reduction Analysis / Should Cost Analysis and create RFP / RFQ documents. Track supply chain metrics to measure cost, service, quality, and efficiency tied to Project budgets.
Understand the cost drivers for the categories of materials services.
Leverage Competition among suppliers.
Evaluate and Execute Make V/S Buy opportunities.
Align Suppliers to the Strategy by completing due diligence on any new suppliers and finalizing the panel of suppliers to invite to drive cost reduction programs.
Collaborate with the Operations department to perform make or buy analyses. Challenge if the new material, process, or service fits within the current internal network, or should be outsourced.
Complete Initial RFQ Analysis and prepare a TCO (Total Cost Of Ownership) Model and review with Stakeholders to evaluate cost-down opportunity.
Complete Cost Tensioning using E-Sourcing and conduct Gate-2 review before making an award decision together with – SBU, Supply, and Operations Team’s involvement.
Set up dual or multi-source if new product demand exceeds supply and manage RCCP.
Complete the Formal Award and follow up with an MSA / MBUSA signoff with the selected supplier to cover and manage ongoing relationships and minimize risks to the business. Actively Participate in the monthly Buyer report-out meeting to support PIC managers, buyers/planners, and quality managers through fast resolution of escalated/ repetitive suppliers.

Eligibility Criteria:

You are where our search ends if you hold:

Prefer bachelor’s degree in – Mechanical, Chemical, or Industrial engineering, or MBA in Supply Chain.
1-4 years of Supply Chain Management experience, managing global suppliers on direct & and indirect materials and services.
Previous experience working in a purchasing team preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Conducts purchasing transactions and negotiates pricing, which requires considerable exercise of initiative and independent judgment.
- Ability to read complex drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in SAP MM.
- Advanced use of MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, able to communicate cross-functionally.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a desire to work as part of a team.
- Good understanding of supply chain processes & and tools including MRP.
