Full job description

We are a software development company based in Rajkot, and we are looking for a highly driven LinkedIn Outreach & Lead Generation Specialist.

Please note: This is not a content posting or social media management role. Your primary focus will be direct, one-on-one B2B networking. Your goal is to identify ideal potential clients (Founders, CTOs, and Tech Leaders), start meaningful conversations in their LinkedIn DMs, and schedule introductory meetings for our core team.

If you know how to research prospects, write personalized outreach messages that actually get replies, and smoothly transition a chat into a booked calendar meeting, this is the role for you.

Core Responsibilities

Targeted Prospecting: Use LinkedIn (and tools like Sales Navigator) to identify and build lists of high-quality B2B leads within our target industries.
Direct Messaging (DMs): Craft and send highly personalized, human-sounding connection requests and follow-up messages. No spammy or robotic copy-pasting.
Meeting Scheduling: Nurture conversations in the inbox, overcome initial objections, and successfully book qualified discovery calls or meetings for our team.
Pipeline Management: Keep track of your leads, ensure timely follow-ups, and manage your outreach pipeline efficiently.
Strategy Refinement: A/B test different messaging approaches to see which hooks and value propositions generate the best response rates.

What We Are Looking For

Experience: At least 1 year of hands-on experience specifically in LinkedIn B2B lead generation, prospecting, or as a Sales Development Representative (SDR).
Excellent Written English: Your grammar, spelling, and tone must be highly professional. You need to sound like a trusted peer, not a salesperson reading a script.
Goal-Oriented: You are motivated by KPIs like "Meetings Booked" and "Response Rates."
Location: You must be based in or willing to work from our office in Rajkot.
Tech Industry Awareness: A basic understanding of software development terms will help you communicate more naturally with tech prospects.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills

Cold Email Outreach: Experience finding email addresses and running B2B cold email sequences alongside your LinkedIn efforts.
Reddit Prospecting: Knowing how to find potential leads or engage in professional conversations in tech and business subreddits.
CRM Experience: Familiarity with logging leads and activities in a CRM system.
