About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to design, develop, and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions for global clients. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Salesforce architecture, integrations, cloud implementations, governance, and stakeholder management while driving best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and global clients to architect secure, scalable, and innovative solutions.
Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & Architecture
- Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging standard platform capabilities.
- Design secure, maintainable, and high-performing Salesforce architectures.
- Architect multi-cloud solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Analytics, and related Salesforce products.
- Create technical architecture documents, solution designs, and implementation roadmaps.
Integrations & Data Architecture
- Design and implement Salesforce integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, and middleware platforms.
- Define enterprise integration strategies and data migration approaches.
- Architect solutions involving external systems, ETL tools, and data platforms.
- Ensure data security, governance, and scalability best practices.
Governance & Best Practices
- Define Salesforce development standards, release management processes, and CI/CD strategies.
- Establish security, compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Conduct architecture reviews and mentor development teams.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce best practices across projects.
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Lead requirements gathering workshops and solution discussions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business and technical stakeholders.
- Support project planning, estimations, and technical leadership activities.
- Collaborate with global teams in an Agile environment.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on Salesforce platform advancements, AI capabilities, and emerging technologies.
- Recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes and user adoption.
- Evaluate new Salesforce products and features for implementation opportunities.
Required Skills & Experience (Must Have)
- 7+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3 years in a Solution Architect, Technical Architect, or Lead Consultant role.
- Strong expertise in:
- Sales Cloud
- Service Cloud
- Experience Cloud
- Hands-on experience with:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Visualforce
- SOQL/SOSL
- Strong experience in Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing model, governance, and data architecture.
- Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps practices.
- Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams.
- Strong communication and consulting skills.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application Architect, System Architect, or equivalent).
- Experience with:
- Nonprofit Cloud / NPSP
- Marketing Cloud / Pardot
- Data Cloud
- Tableau CRM / Analytics
- Experience with middleware platforms such as:
- MuleSoft
- Informatica
- Snowflake
- Dell Boomi
- Experience with ETL tools.
- Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
Certifications Preferred
- Salesforce Platform Developer
- Salesforce Experience Cloud Certification
- Salesforce AI Specialist
- Salesforce Architect Certifications
