About this role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager – Real Estate (S16) to manage real estate accounting operations in compliance with IFRS 16 principles. This role involves end-to-end contract management for lease accounting, accurate processing of financial transactions in SAP RE-FX, and ensuring timely reporting and reconciliation. The position is based in Pune and requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder engagement, and proficiency in German and English.

What you’ll do

Manage real estate accounting operations in line with IFRS 16 standards.
Ensure accurate and timely contract creation, modification, and valuation postings for lease accounting.
Deliver month-end activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and compliance reporting.
Collaborate with stakeholders to interpret new accounting procedures and assess impacts.
Maintain process controls and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Who you are

Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and lease accounting principles.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Platforms).
Fluent in German (B2.1) and English.
Hands-on experience with SAP RE-FX and financial analysis.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
