Job Description

Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team. As the Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Process Management (BPM), and Customer Communications Management (CCM) solutions. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around enhancing the quality of project deliveries and optimizing the performance of these applications in a production environment. Additionally, you will be responsible for implementing effective governance measures to ensure code quality and controlling cloud costs for these applications Key Responsibilities1.Project Delivery Quality:?Lead and oversee the development and implementation of CRM, BPM, and CCM solutions, ensuring high-quality project deliveries.?Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives, requirements, and timelines.?Provide technical guidance and support to the development team throughout the project lifecycle.?Conduct regular code reviews and implement best practices to improve code quality and maintainability.?Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery process and optimize resource utilization.2.Code Quality Governance:?Establish and enforce governance processes and standards for code quality across CRM, BPM, and CCM applications.?Define coding guidelines, architectural principles, and design patterns to ensure consistent and efficient development practices.?Conduct code inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with coding standards.?Mentor and train developers on industry best practices and emerging technologies.3.Application Performance:?Monitor and optimize the performance of CRM, BPM, and CCM applications in a production environment.?Identify and address performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and system inefficiencies.?Collaborate with infrastructure teams to ensure optimal system configurations and resource allocation.?Implement performance testing strategies to validate system performance and reliability.4.Cloud Cost Control:?Collaborate with the cloud infrastructure team to optimize cloud usage and control costs for CRM, BPM, and CCM applications.?Analyze cloud resource consumption patterns, identify cost-saving opportunities, and implement cost control measures.?Monitor cloud service usage and provide recommendations for resource optimization and cost efficiency.?Stay updated with cloud service provider offerings and recommend appropriate services to meet business needs.Measures of Success?Alignment of IT landscape to overall vision and blue prints?Faster, better and cheaper delivery of applications via technology?Exceptional user(internal/external) experience, automation and operational efficiency by adoption of new cutting edge technology solutions to solve business problems?Trusted partnership with other departments of IT and business Key competencies/skills required?Proven experience (6+ years) in technical leadership roles, with a focus on CRM, BPM, and CCM solutions.?Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, tools, and technologies related to CRM, BPM, and CCM.?Experience in building and leading high-performing development teams.?Expertise in code quality management, including code reviews, static analysis, and adherence to coding standards.?Proficient in performance monitoring, profiling, and optimization techniques for enterprise applications.?Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud cost management strategies.?Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.?Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.?Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.Any prior experience on Implementation of AI, Data Analytics will be a plusDesired qualification and experience•B.E / MCA from a reputed institute•4-7 years of strong experience of Technical Architecture with hands-on software development background•Should be working or should have worked with reputed organizations or startups
