Job Summary

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the sales team to ensure the efficient execution of sales activities. The role involves coordinating customer inquiries, preparing quotations, processing sales orders, maintaining customer records, tracking order status, and ensuring timely communication between customers and internal departments. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Handle customer inquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Prepare and issue quotations, proposals, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
Coordinate with customers regarding product information, pricing, delivery schedules, and order status.
Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely execution.
Coordinate with the Estimation, Design, Procurement, Finance, Logistics, and Project teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, contracts, and documentation.
Monitor pending quotations and follow up with customers to maximize conversion.
Track sales orders from confirmation through delivery and project completion.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and management dashboards.
Support tender documentation and contract administration when required.
Coordinate customer meetings, appointments, and follow-up activities for the sales team.
Assist in resolving customer concerns by coordinating with relevant departments.
Maintain records of customer communications and ensure timely responses.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and documentation standards.
Support marketing campaigns, exhibitions, promotional events, and lead management activities as required.

Educational Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
Additional certification in Sales, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), or Office Administration is an added advantage.

Experience

2–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Support, Inside Sales, or Sales Administration.
Experience in Solar EPC, Construction, Manufacturing, Trading, or Engineering industries is preferred.

Required Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service and relationship management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Experience with CRM and ERP software is preferred.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to prepare quotations and sales reports accurately.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Team-oriented with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
