HR & Business Operations Executive

Department

HR & Operations / Business Development

Job Objective

The position is responsible for managing key HR and administrative operations while also supporting business development, client relationships, and expansion initiatives for Ohhpro Technologies' technology, security, automation, and digital solutions.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling internal HR operations as well as interacting with external clients, societies, developers, vendors, and business partners.

Key Responsibilities1. HR Administration

Manage day-to-day HR administrative activities.
Maintain employee records, documentation, attendance, leave, and joining formalities.
Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, confirmation, and exit formalities.
Maintain HR databases, trackers, and reports.
Support payroll-related data collection and monthly HR inputs.
Coordinate employee communication and HR documentation.

2. Employee Relations

Handle day-to-day employee queries and concerns.
Coordinate with employees and management to resolve workplace issues.
Support employee engagement and internal communication activities.
Maintain professional relationships with employees across departments.
Assist management in implementing HR policies and processes.

3. Statutory & Compliance

Support statutory HR and labour compliance activities.
Coordinate documentation related to EPF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, NATS/Apprenticeship, and other applicable requirements.
Maintain compliance records and supporting documents.
Coordinate with external agencies, consultants, and statutory authorities whenever required.
Ensure HR documentation and compliance activities are completed within defined timelines.

4. Vendor & Operations Coordination

Coordinate with security, manpower, facility, technology, and other operational vendors.
Monitor vendor attendance, deployment, documentation, and service compliance.
Coordinate vendor requirements, issue resolution, and operational follow-ups.
Verify service-related reports and supporting documents.
Escalate operational issues to management and ensure timely closure.
Assist in maintaining SOP compliance across operational activities.

5. Recruitment Operations

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source and screen candidates according to job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Coordinate offer letters, joining formalities, and onboarding.
Support campus recruitment, job portals, LinkedIn recruitment, and other hiring channels.
Maintain recruitment reports and hiring status updates.

6. Business Development & Lead Generation

Generate and qualify business leads across residential communities, RWAs, apartment associations, builders, architects, facility managers, and commercial establishments.
Identify opportunities for CCTV, security solutions, parking automation, access control systems, and digital advertising solutions.
Research potential clients and identify suitable business opportunities.
Conduct initial discussions with prospective customers and understand their requirements.
Coordinate product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings.
Maintain lead databases, follow-ups, and business development reports.
Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into business opportunities.

7. Strategic Relationship Management

Build and maintain strategic relationships with housing societies, developers, channel partners, facility management companies, and enterprise customers.
Develop long-term relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Coordinate with decision-makers, society management committees, facility managers, and business partners.
Understand customer requirements and coordinate internally for suitable solutions.
Support client retention and relationship-building activities.

8. Business Expansion & Leadership Support

Collaborate with the leadership team on business expansion initiatives.
Assist in identifying new markets, customer segments, and partnership opportunities.
Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
Support strategic initiatives related to new products, services, locations, and business partnerships.
Prepare business updates, lead reports, and opportunity summaries for management review.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate / MBA / PG in HR, Business Administration, Operations, Sales, or a related field.
Experience in HR Operations, Business Development, Operations, Administration, or a combination of these areas will be preferred.
Candidates with experience in SaaS, technology, security solutions, facility management, real estate, or community management will be an added advantage.
