Business Development Executive – Heallyn

Job Type: Full-time
Location: Kolkata / Rajarhat – New Town and nearby areas
Work Mode: Field + Office/Reporting

About Heallyn

Heallyn is a digital healthcare platform connecting patients with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, nurses, physiotherapists, dieticians and other healthcare service providers through a single platform.

We are looking for energetic and motivated Business Development Executives (BDEs) to help us expand our healthcare partner network in Kolkata.

Job Responsibilities

Visit clinics, doctors, diagnostic centres, pharmacies, nursing service providers, physiotherapists, dieticians and other healthcare establishments.
Introduce and explain Heallyn's platform, services and benefits to potential partners.
Onboard healthcare professionals and establishments onto the Heallyn platform.
Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare partners.
Generate new business leads through field visits, references, networking and other methods.
Follow up with prospective partners and convert leads into active Heallyn partners.
Assist partners with the basic registration and onboarding process.
Collect required business/professional information and documents from partners as per company requirements.
Maintain daily records of visits, leads, follow-ups and successful onboardings.
Achieve assigned monthly onboarding and business development targets.
Coordinate with the Heallyn operations/customer support team whenever required.
Represent Heallyn professionally while interacting with doctors, clinic owners and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field visits and meeting healthcare professionals.
Ability to explain products/services clearly and confidently.
Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, Google Maps and other digital tools.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Candidates with sales, business development, healthcare, pharma or field marketing experience will be preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to work in the field are welcome.

Important
