Job Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Growth Hacker / Growth Manager who can drive rapid, sustainable growth across social media, paid media, content, search, partnerships, email, community, and emerging digital platforms. This role goes beyond traditional marketing. The ideal candidate is constantly testing new ideas, identifying growth opportunities, building communities, improving conversion funnels, and finding scalable ways to acquire, engage, and retain users. You will work across the entire customer journey, from awareness and acquisition to activation, retention, referral, and revenue.

This role is fully remote, open to candidates based in India.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute growth strategies across all major digital platforms. Identify new acquisition channels, audiences, partnerships, and growth opportunities. Build and manage rapid experimentation frameworks to test campaigns, creatives, landing pages, messaging, offers, and customer journeys. Create strategies to grow followers, users, subscribers, leads, customers, and community members.

Manage organic and paid growth initiatives across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, Pinterest, Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, Facebook Groups, online forums and niche communities, Google, Email and CRM, and emerging social and AI-driven platforms.

Identify trends, viral formats, conversations, and cultural opportunities that the brand can participate in. Develop community-led growth strategies that turn users, followers, and customers into active brand advocates. Build and nurture online communities through conversations, events, content, campaigns, challenges, and engagement programs. Work with creators, influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, partners, and community leaders to accelerate brand growth. Develop referral, loyalty, advocacy, and word-of-mouth programs.

Test unconventional and low-cost growth strategies to identify scalable acquisition opportunities. Optimize the entire marketing funnel from traffic to lead, registration, activation, purchase, retention, and referral. Identify drop-off points and implement experiments to improve conversion rates. Develop landing pages and conversion-focused campaigns with design and development teams. Create A/B and multivariate testing strategies for ads, content, CTAs, offers, landing pages, and onboarding journeys.

Use data to identify customer behaviors, audience segments, and high-value growth opportunities. Develop content distribution strategies to maximize the reach of every piece of content. Repurpose content across multiple platforms to increase visibility and engagement. Monitor competitors, market trends, platform changes, and emerging growth tactics. Work closely with paid media, social media, SEO, content, product, sales, design, development, CRM, and customer service teams.

Community Growth

A major part of this role is developing and strengthening the brand's community. The Growth Hacker / Growth Manager will build and manage engaged communities around the brand, develop strategies that encourage users to participate rather than simply consume content, and start and participate in relevant conversations across Reddit, Facebook Groups, Discord, LinkedIn, TikTok, forums, and other communities. They will identify highly engaged users and turn them into advocates, ambassadors, contributors, or referral partners, create community campaigns, challenges, polls, discussions, user-generated content initiatives, and member-exclusive activities, develop systems to encourage reviews, referrals, recommendations, and organic word of mouth, monitor community sentiment and identify recurring questions, objections, trends, and opportunities, share community insights with marketing, product, sales, and management teams, and develop community retention strategies that keep members active over time.

Growth Marketing Experience

The ideal candidate should have practical experience in several of the following areas: growth hacking, growth marketing, performance marketing, social media growth, community building, community management, content marketing, SEO, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliate marketing, referral marketing, marketing automation, funnel optimization, A/B testing, customer acquisition, user activation, customer retention, customer reactivation, referral and advocacy programs, viral marketing, product-led growth, partnerships, digital PR, user-generated content, and brand collaborations.

Platforms and Tools

Experience with several of the following is preferred: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, YouTube, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, CRM platforms, marketing automation platforms, social media management tools, community management platforms, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Canva.
